As it is now all my downloads go to my Documents folder and both Win 10 icons for Documents and Downloads go to, as well as point to in "properties", the Documents folder. I have tried to go to the "properties" of both links and attempted "restore to default" under location tab and had no success.

BUT, I now have two folders that are exactly the same that have the same content and any change in one reflects in the other [like add a new folder].
